In a harsh, almost empty world, a guy tries to revive a girl. He needs to murder quite a few amazing beasts - and this looks a lot like an awful crime, totally not a great feat. Players touch the atmosphere of despair, witness struggles of the hero, and battle fantastic creatures, exploring the deserted mountain lands... The experience is so unusual and authentic!

Shadow of the Colossus was initially released in 2005-06 for the PlayStation 2 consoles. A remastered version is available on the PS3 and also through the game streaming service PlayStation Now. In 2018, the gaming world got a strongly improved remake for the PS4. Many gamers think it’s a unique gaming masterpiece, totally worthy of delving in.

Casual fights in Tekken 7 - is this possible?

Some game genres have a very high threshold for newcomers. You should invest a lot of time into a MOBA to start getting victories in multiplayer matches, or even just enjoy the game (Dota 2). Ted woke up on a weird train. His daughter Bo was there. And then, they met that guy. He sat in one of the coaches and offered a balloon to the small girl… a black balloon. Bo got super excited, and Ted couldn’t stop her from running away. It was in vain to run after - the evil man took her. His name is Pinstripe, and Ted tries to find the villain and rescue the girl.

You can help Ted in the game Pinstripe. It’s a pretty small piece of gaming art, with rather a dark world but also with very interesting puzzles. Pinstripe is available on PC, Mac, Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and Nintendo Switch.

Ori and the Blind Forest - a small sparkle to save the world

Something went terribly wrong in the magnificent forest. Lush green changed to sharp thorns. Instead of friendly animals, dangerous creatures are lurking around. It seems like only Ori can return water, wind, and warmth to revive the forest.

In short, this is an initial story of the game Ori and the Blind Forest. It’s a very good Metroidvania with unique art style and super various mechanics. The game is available for PC, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch.

The Adventure Pals - one of the funniest platformers out there (game impressions)

Playing Pokémon Go in 2020

This game was an amazing hit in 2016 - the world seemed to get obsessed with catching those fantastic creatures. People purchased new phones and power banks only to be able to play Pokémon Go. Even non-gaming media released detailed guides on how to catch 'em all. The revenue of Niantic, the development company, was phenomenal. So, what’s now? How is it to play Pokemon Go in 2020?

The popularity of the game is not at its peak at all. The gaming world loves to follow trends, and the Augmented Reality genre is not the biggest one nowadays. We still have interesting releases, such as Harry Potter: Wizards Unite and upcoming Minecraft Earth, but the fuss around them is never the same loud. Still, even with the much smaller quantity of active players, Pokémon Go remains the most successful AR game, and Niantic earns with it even more than in the starting year.

“Forgotton Anne” is out now

This game is so beautiful, so fairy… It opens for us thrilling adventures in a cartoon-like world. 

This is not a cartoon in a style of fun Nintendo games, like platformers with Donkey Kong. This is rather a cartoon in the unique style of Studio Ghibli. And gamers can participate in its events, help the heroine Anne in her mission.

The game “Forgotton Anne” has been released for Windows computers, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One on May 15. The developer is Danish studio "ThroughLine Games". The music for the project is performed by the Copenhagen Philharmonic Orchestra.

He is rather a cruel warrior, and his motivations are not in saving the world. Kratos fights against evil monsters to clear his sins, to find a way to forget his sorrows. He acts on commands of Athene and other Greek gods to… destroy one of those gods, Ares, and to stop his indecent behaviour.

This is, in short, the story of the very first game of the well-known series God of War, a real legend of the game worlds. It was released in 2005 for PlayStation 2. We can play it on PlayStation 3 and PlayStation Vita as a part of the remastered God of War Collection, which includes also God of War II.

Snowball World

Cute little kitty Snowball invites all gamers to exciting adventures in his unusual virtual world. There are islands-platforms and abysses between them. We should be quite deft in controlling the cat to not fall and to not bump into dangerous obstacles - our Snowball runs only in one direction, and to change it he should touch special pillars.

The game has 20 levels. To move forward, the cat has to catch all red creatures in locations – mice and birds. After that, a red key appears. Grab it and go to a red door.

The game has lots of interesting features. It’s like a platformer with the spirit of running adventures.
